We collect essential data required for technical billing and project management. This includes name, email, and technical specifications provided during the audit phase. We do not store full payment card details on our servers; all transactions are processed via Stripe.

2. Purpose of Processing

Data is processed for the sole purpose of delivering engineering services, cloud provisioning, and technical support. We do not sell data to third-party marketing entities.

3. Data Retention

Technical logs and project data are retained for the duration of the technical cycle and for a period of 6 years thereafter to comply with UK corporate and VAT record-keeping requirements.
