Refund Policy

Important Notice on Digital Assets:

Due to the nature of digital engineering assets (ZIP files, scripts, blueprints), all sales of "Engineering Asset Packs" are final. Once the download link is generated, the asset is considered "consumed".

1. Technical Services

For custom engineering cycles (Web Platform, Cloud Setup), refunds are only possible if work has not yet commenced. Once a dedicated technical environment has been provisioned, fees are non-refundable.

2. Strategic Audits

Technical strategy sessions and audits are professional services billed per time unit. These are non-refundable as the technical expertise is delivered in real-time.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

If a deliverable is technically faulty or corrupted, Arum Digital LTD will provide a corrected replacement within 48 hours of being notified.
