Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Arum Digital (arumdigital.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Arum Digital provides technical engineering services and digital asset packs. All collaborations are structured as "Technical Cycles".

2. Technical Cycles & Billing

Arum Digital operates on a per-project or per-cycle basis. We do not offer subscription-based engineering. Each invoice represents a discrete technical deliverable or period of strategic audit.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients are granted a license to use the technical assets provided. Arum Digital retains all background intellectual property and proprietary engineering methodologies used during the cycle.

4. Limitation of Liability

Arum Digital provides engineering solutions "as-is" for technical consultation. We are not liable for business interruptions or data loss resulting from third-party server failures or client misconfiguration after handover.
